This work was inspired by my grandmother’s old lace tablecloth that she made by herself.

I wanted to re-create her heritage in a modern way so I designed this separable coaster set.

Every set and every piece is totally unique, made by my hand with a lot of care and happiness.

This slow and long process reminds me to the mandala drawing and the final result symbolize

completeness and self-unity.
